This application is a Java language environment tool. Specifically, the application allows you to execute your own Java application through the Dalvik machine, which is a runtime for Android applications. Since most Android applications are written in Java, converting your executable Java program (in JAR format) to the Dalvik machine format should theoretically result in successful execution (although there may be platform-dependent libraries in the program).

Java Manager offers functionalities such as compiling .java files to .class files, executing .class or .jar files, and even decompiling .class files.

As mentioned earlier, this application is based on the Dalvik machine, which is the default runtime environment for the Android system. Therefore, root permission is not required to use this application.
